Living in Maine, the snow always falls before I’m ready! My son is in VA and getting hit with this also — Good Luck!

V.R., I sincerely hope the worst of it misses you and that you stay warm and safe. So here is my story:

The snow started falling before I was ready. It was beautiful. We played in it all day and then it melted. THE END. :)

Vanessa, great idea! Stay safe – my cousin is near Alexandria and on fb he said the first flakes were falling around 3:00 – have fun. I’ll get back to you on the prompt, promise!

We’re getting a nice dose up here in Pennsylvania too!

Here is my take on the prompt as promised:

The snow started falling before I was ready. Why did I have to be driving? The original forecast promised at least two more hours before the white stuff started. Now my wipers could hardly keep up with the accumulation as it piled higher and higher….

I could go on, but I gotta go. Thanks that was fun!

My friend in Virginia said it was really bad there yesterday. Watching the news I couldn’t believe the shoppers lined up at the stores.

Maybe it’s because I live in New England, but I don’t usually worry too much about the snow. The next day the roads are passable, so as long as I’m not out driving in the middle of a blizzard, it’s no big deal to me.

Stay safe everyone.
